About Your Bill
Your Account Number is on the top right of the bill and your Service ID is also in the right corner, directly under the date of your statement (please notice to red lines directing you to each box). You will need to enter both of these numbers to register online. Please contact Customer Service @ 623-972-6133 if you have any questions regarding your Service ID or your Account Number. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft/Credit Card Payments
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee for either methods however there is a small charge associated with the credit card method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit or Recurring Credit Card Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office. The ACH form can be mailed or faxed with along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person or use our 24-Hour Lockbox (located downstairs outside & to the right of the double doors) at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. These payment are posted the same day that they are received.
Payment Through Your Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks and credit unions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. ***Please note that payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information on delivery of these types of payments.
